Vigneto Limited - Online Sales

• Minimum order quantity is a case of 6 bottles

• All prices include Excise Duty (We are currently exempt from VAT)

• All orders are exclusive of delivery. We expect to deliver within 3 days of order, dependant on quantity.

• You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol.  By placing an order you are confirming your age at 18 or over. 

• If the wine is a gift to someone the recipient must be aged 18 or over.

• All orders are subject to availability.  Should your selection be out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours. We will offer you an alternative of equal value, you may accept or decline the change.

• Vigneto guarantees the wines are of merchantable quality and are fit for the purpose.

• Should a wine be damaged in delivery or faulty or 'corked' we will offer a replacement or full refund.  Please contact us within 3 working days  of receipt or discovering the fault.  A replacement will be free of any charge, or a refund given.

• If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be made immediately before the wine is despatched.

• If  the wine has already been despatched, you will be informed and  you will  have one week from receipt in which to return the wine in good condition for a full refund excluding extra delivery and return charges.
